葡萄枝条水分含量变化与抗寒性关系

摘 要:

以12个葡萄品种1年生枝条为试材, 通过0、–15、–18、–21、–24、–27、–30、–33 ℃ 8个低温处理24 h后, 测定不同低温胁迫下葡萄枝条的总含水量、束缚水含量、自由水含量和束缚水与自由水的比值。结果表明: 随着处理温度的降低, 同一品种枝条的总含水量基本恒定, 自由水含量呈先下降再升高的趋势, 束缚水含量和束缚水与自由水的比值均呈现为先升高再下降的趋势; 束缚水与自由水的比值随低温胁迫的变化呈Cubic方程, 不同品种束缚水与自由水的比值达到最高点的温度不同, ‘双红’、‘北冰红’、‘左优红’的拐点温度在–25 ℃以下, ‘775’、‘巨峰’的拐点温度在–20 ℃左右, ‘雷司令’、‘黑比诺’、‘霞多丽’的拐点温度在–18 ℃左右, ‘赤霞珠’、‘梅鹿特’、‘白比诺’、‘红地球’拐点温度在–16~–17 ℃。对葡萄休眠枝条进行低温处理后, 通过测定束缚水与自由水含水量变化鉴定葡萄品种的抗寒性是可行的。

The Relationship between the Changing of Water Content and the Cold Resistance of Grape Branches

Abstract:

12 grape varieties were used as materials to quest the relationship between the changing of watercontent and the cold resistance of grape branches. Which were stressed under different levels (0, –15, –18, –21,–24, –27, –30, and –33 ℃) of cold condition, cold hardiness of 12 cultivars were identified based on the totalwater content, free water content, bond water content and the ratio to bound and free water content. The resultsshowed that as the temperature decreased, the total water content remain unchanged, free water contentdecreased at first, and then increased, bound water content and the ratio of bound water to free water increasedat first, and then decreased. There’s a different temperature point of the different cultivars to reach a turningpoint of the ratio to bound and free water content, the turning point of ‘Shuanghon’, ‘Beibinhon’, ‘Zuoyouhon’are under –25 ℃; ‘775’, ‘Kyoho’ are around the –20 ℃; ‘Riesling’, ‘Pinot Noir’, ‘Chardonnay’, are around the–18 ℃; ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, ‘Merlot’, ‘Pinot Blanc’, ‘Red Globe’ are around the –16~–17 ℃. It is feasible topredict grape shoot cold hardiness using the changes of the ratio to bond and free water under different levels of low temperature treatments.
